Construction of Kota B&B
A slightly crazy idea is born, a little seed that is planted in our heads and grows for a year.
And in July 2022, here we go! Here is the birth of our Magic accommodation Le Kota B&B !

After months of research, reflection and planning, work will begin in July 2022.
Earthworks by a company then assembly of the Kota by Fred and friends. Aline is pregnant and is content to be the site manager assisted by Ellie.
The "structural work" ends at the beginning of August, then we move on to the interior finishing and fitting out. The open house is organized on November 27, 2022 with good weather and a good turnout!
Reservations are open for December 1, 2022 and we are showing a 50% reservation rate for the first month and for the year 2023!
The success continues as the booking rate has averaged 80% since 2024! So thank you for making a part of our dream come true!
